Diverse cultural environmentKey Tasks:End-to-End Recruitment CoordinationCoordinate the recruitment process from requisition approval to offer stage and subsequent onboarding handover to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience, minimizing delays and enhancing candidate satisfaction.Job Posting and Sourcing StrategiesCoordinate job postings and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, increasing the chances of finding the best fit for the role.Screening, Interviews, and AssessmentsConduct screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference checks and maintain a high standard of candidate evaluation, ensuring only the most suitable candidates proceed through the recruitment process.Recruitment Data ManagementMaintain accurate recruitment data across all systems, including ATS, HRIS, and trackers required to provide reliable data for informed decision-making and compliance with internal and external talent acquisition requirements.Recruitment Reporting and MonitoringPrepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, vacancy aging, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics) to offers insights into recruitment performance, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.Monitor recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and flag any delays or risks to the Manager of HR Operations thereby allowing for timely recruitment processes and mitigating potential risks and maintaining operational efficiency.Compliance ManagementEnsure recruitment processes comply with internal policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements to avoid legal issues and maintains the integrity of the recruitment process.Workforce Planning Support & Talent Pool ManagementProvide hiring trends, pipeline status, and capacity insights to support workforce planning.Proactively maintain and manage talent/sourcing pools for mission-critical and high-impact roles to builds a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring readiness for future recruitment needs reducing time-to-fill for key positions.Pre-Employment Checks and DocumentationFacilitate a smooth transition for new employees, enhancing their onboarding experience by professionally coordinating pre-employment checks and documentation for new hiresOnboarding SupportSupport the onboarding handover to the Learning and Development team ensuring a seamless entry for new hires, promoting their early engagement and integration into the organization.Employer BrandingCoordinate employer branding initiatives to achieve our goal of being employer of choiceEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.TrainingsRecruitment certifications (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are advantageous.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
Training in recruitment best practices, labour legislation, or HR systemsExperience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment reporting and data management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a medium to large-sized organization including recruitment reporting expertiseProfessional/Technical competenciesManages self and be a team player, good conflict management, takes and manages accountability
