Reports To: Head of Unit, Corporate Social ResponsibilityJob Summary: Deputises the Head of Unit and supports the development, implementation, and management of the company's CSR and sustainability programmes, ensuring the alignment with the organisational sustainability goals and achievements.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CSR initiatives and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and sustainability goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as community leaders, local authorities, and institutions, individuals within the ESG and NGO space.
Ensure the organisation's compliance with social, environmental, and governance regulations.
Prepare reports on ESG and CSR case studies as well as the unit's initiatives and impact to present to Management.

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability development, or community development, with at least two (2) years experience
Expertise in ESG reporting, social impact measurement, and sustainability assessment.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as UN SDGs and GRI.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong ethical mindset and commitment to social responsibility and governance.
