- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining and updating supplier information
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
- Building and maintaining good relationships with review and existing suppliers
- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delievry schedules and quality
- Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
- Developing and implementing a procurement strategy
- Ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives
- Analyses data reports and statistics on spending and saying
- Attending meetings and trade conferences
- Any other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in procurement, business finance, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
