The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving our brand presence and boosting sales through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for our tile products.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and advertising initiatives.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation efforts.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required profile for job ad : Marketing Executive - Kumasi

2-3 years' experience in marketing within the building materials industry, preferably tiles.
Resident in the Ashanti Region.
Minimum HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
