- Responsible for reporting and analysing segment data, product performance and provide research and analytics support for each product and segment (SME, LCA, Fixed, Public Sector & Digital) within the enterprise business division by driving market research, database management and analytics to support overall growth of the enterprise business unit.

- Coordinate the tracking of commercial performance (Churn, revenue, segment performance, revenue, ARPU, usage, customer insights etc) reporting per product and per segment
- Cleanse, analyse and optimize Enterprise Business database per segment
- Drive Research and analytics with market/ competitor performance reporting
- Coordinate with Marketing CVM team for enterprise CVM) support per segment ( Fixed, SME, LCA,MNC, Digital)
- Coordinate with Marketing BI, Research and Data analytics teams as needed to continuously provide data analysis to drive decision making
- Engage with IS and other technical teams and apply tools such as DaaS, PowerBI, etc. as needed to continuously provide data analysis to drive decision making
- Coordinate the optimization of product portfolio with product owners to ensure product lifecycle and performance tracking per product is done
- Provide micro-level market performance monitoring with monthly updating of KPIs for reporting
- Assist product owners to develop and implement data backed interventions per segment
- Support with day-to-day operations (enhancements , retirement , pilots etc) on products to enhance overall product performance
- Study and analyse data and research trends to provide advisory services for data backed decision making within the unit
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Statistics/Mathematics/ Marketing / Data Mining or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in the Telecoms Industry
- Data mining experience is an advantage
