- Implementation and monitoring of human resource policies, systems and procedures in line with applicable rules and regulations
- Maintenance and update of employee records and generation of reports to facilitate decision making and compensation management
- Implementation and coordination of job documentation and employee's recruitment, placement and orientation processes
- Facilitation of employee promotion, transfer, retirement and benefits payment
- Maintenance and update of market remuneration survey to form the basis for developing and/or reviewing compensation policy of the company
- Implementation and coordination of performance management system and employee's appraisal cycle
- Coordination and monitoring of training assessment, clerical, transport, janitorial and security services
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA / Msc / MA in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Member of Human Resource Professional body
- 6 years of relevant human resources practice experience with 2 years in supervisory role
- Good knowledge and understanding of labour and compensation related legislations
- Good knowledge and understanding of collective agreement and conditions of service
- Good knowledge, understanding and application of performance management and compensation systems and tools
- Good knowledge, understanding and application of the approaches and practices for recruitment, placement and induction
- Good knowledge and understanding of compensation and reward management systems
- Good knowledge, understanding and application of training needs analysis, planning and delivery tools
- Good negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills
- Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
- Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other HR software and tools
- Application Letter and curriculum vitae (CV) indicating 3 referees to provide credible evidence of the applicant's professional competencies
- Supporting documents which demonstrate capability and evidence of qualifications
- Note that for the CFO position, a one-page summary vision statement for the role is required
