- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.

- Address employee grievances and provide counseling as needed.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support employee growth and career advancement.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts and letters.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics.
- Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
