• Develop and implement data management strategies and frameworks
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability across all data assets
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain data systems
• Conduct data audits and data quality assessments regularly
• Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata
• Provide training and guidance on data management practices
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for improving data processes and systems
• Lead data-related projects and initiatives
• Communicate data management objectives and progress to stakeholders
• Develop and implement data security measures
• Manage data lifecycle and ensure data archiving and disposal

• Extensive experience with data management tools and software
• Prior experience in a data officer or similar role
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HND minimum
