The role involves designing marketing materials and digital artwork, supporting events and campaigns, producing high quality photos and videos, managing social media engagement and insights and contributing to marketing initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix.Key Responsibilities % Time Major Activity End Results Expected
20% Graphic Design
  • Design visual content for product promotions and corporate communications in line with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Estimate time and resources required for each project.
  • Proofread to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Create interactive designs (e.g. animations) where applicable.
  • Present concepts, incorporate feedback and finalize project within deadlines.
  • All materials reflect brand identity and standards.
  • Final products are accurate and high quality.
  • Pictures and graphics on print, website, social media, and other channels are visually appealing and current.
15% Client and Impact Storytelling with Photo/Video
  • Capture clients’ stories and organizational impact via photography and videography for wide range of purposes, including internal and donor reporting, lender reporting, staff motivation, or WV/VF marketing purposes.
  • Ensure that client consent is obtained and consent forms are signed and organized for each story.
  • Recruit talent for photo or video shoots as needed.
  • Manage photo and video production projects to run according to purpose, schedule and budget.
  • Take care of all photo and video equipment.
Events:
  • Support organization events such as branch openings, day of prayer, donors and partner visits, or representation of VFG at external industry-related events.
  • Minimum of 2-3 impact stories delivered monthly through visual content.

  • HND Marketing or a good first degree in any discipline especially Marketing/ Accountancy and Certificate holders in Agriculture and Rural development with field work experience.
  • Candidate should have completed National Service
  • Ability to ride the motor bike will be an added advantage
