- The purpose of this role is to drive business growth within the company to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income and business objectives
- The job holder will coordinate and track the progress of all projects under execution and give updates to clients service learn and other stakeholders
- Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet these goals
- To evaluate current sales performance and identify ways PG advertising agency limited can expand and grow
- Design and implement business meetings with prospective clients to build long term relationships
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to laid-down rules and guidelines

- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline with approximately 3 to 5 years, agency experience preferred
- Possessing a meeting 3 years post qualification experience is a plus
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Excellent communication, people skills, strong organizational, presentation and time management abilities
