- Identify training and development needs within the organisation
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
- Evaluate training and development programmes
- Conduct induction and onboarding programmes
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending relevant programmes and seminars
- Ensure that ISO 9001 and ISO 45001competence and training requirements are met
- Work closely with HODs to develop employee personal development plans and ensuring implementation, tracking and reporting of same
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Graduate Trainee Programme to ensure the objectives of the programme are met
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the area of Training and Development
