Job ScopeLead a portfolio of clients by developing and maintaining the relationship between Visa and the memberContribute to development, production and implementation of initiatives outlined in Country plansManage the client portfolio for EthiopiaDrive short- and long-term strategic goals for clientsUnderstand and clearly articulate how Visa's new payment tools and technologies will drive commercial value to our clientsFollow global industry and local market trends, to package relevant insights and solutions to Visa's clientsSupport in Identifying size and in closing new business opportunities by analyzing client's market positioning, product profile and strategy, enabling Visa's functional teams to customize relevant solutions to fit identified needsWork with clients and Visa functional teams on ways to drive business value by offering advice on the development of target markets, product development, analytics and relevant best practiceEvaluate competitive actions with respect to the local market and recommend appropriate actionAttend to member queries and issues, and provide timely and efficient solutionEnsure Members compliance to service levels, integrity of service records and efficient resolution of complaintsProvide periodical reports( Weekly/Monthly or quarterly ) as agreed with Country ManagerCo-ordinate with other Visa departments in order to successfully implement the country plansComplete ad hoc project/research and presentation work and other relevant initiativesOrganize and execute events related to corporate hospitality in the relevant markets including budgeting, costing and coordination with external event management companies.Minimum of Honours Degree required with focus on financial management, accounting, business strategy and/or economics.This is a hybrid position.
