Your role is to prepare delicious, consistent meals, maintain high standards of hygiene, and contribute to a dynamic, customer-focused experience.[ad]Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook our core menu items quickly and accurately
  • Assist in menu planning and occasional specials
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure fast service, especially during peak hours
  • Suggest new recipes or improvements to delight customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a chef, cook, or food vendor (experience with fried rice & shawarma preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation rules
  • Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced food truck environment
  • Passion for cooking and creativity
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
