Job Vacancy For Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of prevent their failure and avert disruption of operations, within the framework of the policies and work procedures of the company

• Assist in drawing up and implementing preventive maintenance schedule of plant machinery and equipment, to avoid disruption to production operations
• Co-ordinate and supervise activities on Electrical Maintenance Programme schedules and recommend changes to improve plant and equipment reliability including monitoring and measuring instruments
• Co-ordinate and supervise all electrical maintenance works to ensure safety, reliability, meeting required specifications and standards for efficient operation of production plant equipment
• Supervise the repair and maintenance of equipment relating to the supply of utility services, i.e Electricity, LP Gas, Steam Compressed Air, Fresh water, Oil Jetty equipment etc
• Adopt modern technologies in the electrical maintenance of plant equipment to improve overall plant performance and capacity
• Train and develop subordinate staff to continuously improve on their competencies and efficiency in their work output

• BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5 years of industrial experience
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Engineering and appreciable knowledge in Mechanical Engineering
• A good knowledge in PLC systems
• IT literate, analytical, People Leadership and Teambuilding skills
• Knowledge in quality, occupational health & safety and environmental ISO management systems will be an advantage
