We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point
of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished
demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff
- Support HR with onboarding new employees (preparing badges, orientation materials)
- Degree holder (HND, BA, MA), Administration / secretariat background
- Minimum 3 years direct experience working in an office environment
- Computer literate and Proficient in digital tools (e.g office suite)
- Must live close to Weija & surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
