We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point
of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished
demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Handle basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Team Support:
  • Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees (preparing badges, orientation materials)
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree holder (HND, BA, MA), Administration / secretariat background
  • Minimum 3 years direct experience working in an office environment
  • Computer literate and Proficient in digital tools (e.g office suite)
  • Must live close to Weija & surrounding areas
  • Excellent customer service skills required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
