This request for tender is to request interested and able suppliers to submit their tender to supply the under-listed equipment.TENDER DESCRIPTION1. Scope of SupplyThe Supplier will be responsible for the following: - Procurement & Sourcing: Supply brand-new, high-quality equipment and inputs as per the technical specifications outlined in the table below.
- Branding & Customization: Integrate KITA and AGRA's branding guidelines on all equipment where applicable (e.g., decals on planters, grinders, and slashers).
- Quality Assurance: Provide certification of quality and functionality for all items, ensuring they are fit for purpose in Ghanaian agricultural conditions.
- Packaging & Delivery: Handle secure packaging and arrange for transportation/delivery of all items to designated KITA collection points or project operational areas in Kumasi.
- Warranty & After-Sales Support: Provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all mechanical equipment and offer a training session or user manuals for beneficiary maintenance.
- Replaceable parts and maintenance tool kit: Supply one set of replaceable parts like belts, seals, washers, gaskets if any and supply one set of maintenance tool -kit per machine.

- Financial Stability: Must be able to provide pro-forma invoices if required.
