- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the school's academic and co-curricular programs.
- Provide strategic leadership to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a robust and relevant curriculum.
- Ensure adherence to national educational standards and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a supportive and safe learning environment for all students.
- Implement effective discipline and pastoral care programs.
- Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
- Organise and participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and manage the school's budget effectively.
- Ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently to support educational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Implement measures to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian/International educational system and curriculum.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Hold a professional teaching certification with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience within an educational setting..
- Hold a rank of at least Assistant Director.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be under 55 years of age.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess a working knowledge in ICT.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
