About the RoleWe’re seeking a mid-to-senior-level Flutter developer with a proven track record of building production-ready mobile apps. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and write clean, maintainable code.RequirementsMust-Haves:
  • Flutter Experience: You’ve built and shipped production-level Flutter apps. We expect links to live apps and a clear breakdown of your contributions.
  • Native Mobile Experience (Bonus): Experience with native Android or iOS development is a strong plus. Provide links to any native apps and explain your role.
  • Software Engineering Fundamentals: You write well-structured, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Ability to implement high-fidelity designs accurately. Bonus if you go the extra mile with thoughtful animations and polish.
  • Professional Practices: You’re comfortable with:
  • Git and version control workflows
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Working asynchronously
  • Writing documentation
