- Safely transport of workers and company officials for official duties.
- Plan programs/activities and routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.
- Run official errands, pick up/drop off documents, or assist with other duties as required by the Managing Director or Administrator.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and general upkeep.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled, clean and ready for use
- Strictly adhere to all road traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and submit all necessary reports on time.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Must prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
- Must inform Supervisors of violators of policy and procedures.
- Must designate parking space for all vehicles that enter the premises. They must also direct drivers to ensure accurate parking.
- Must complete all reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
- To report and document any incident or accident occurred.
- Conduct search on workers at the start and end of their work.
- Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Category B or higher).
- Minimum SSSCE/WASSCE certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably for executives or corporate entities
- Should be able to drive manual car
- Excellent knowledge of Accra road networks and driving experience across other regions in Ghana.
- Impeccable driving record and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Security-related experience (may include formal training or certification)
- Good knowledge of security procedures/protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and professionalism.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle tasks carefully and efficiently.
- Strong observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina for patrolling and other security tasks.
