Working Hours: 8AM - 5PMWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our electrical products and engineered solutions, including control panels, transformers, switchgear, and related systems. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent relationship-building skills.The ideal candidate should be able to fully understand customer requirements, provide accurate product recommendations, and deliver solutions that align with both technical needs and business objectives.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and introducing new product developments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Prepare and present persuasive technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and submit competitive quotations, follow up on proposals, and manage client accounts end-to-end.
  • Plan sales strategies, monitor progress, and maintain robust reporting systems.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare periodic sales reports, and forecast future sales targets based on market trends.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications, development timelines, and deliveries are met.
  • Provide clients with technical guidance, including product demonstrations, application support, and training.
  • Contribute to the design of custom solutions and control panel configurations based on specific customer requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments.
  • Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and technical trainings to enhance expertise.
  • Share market feedback with internal teams to support product improvement and strategy development.
