Job Vacancy For Business Solutions ArchitectJOB FUNCTION:
  • The successful candidate will join our team as an Architect for Business Solutions in the IT Department.
  • (S)He will report to the Head of business and Service Support and will be responsible for understanding business change needs and assessing the business impact of those changes.
  • The individual will also be in charge of capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements while supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination between developers and internal stakeholders in all business-related issues to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions that are executed with SLA.
  • Efficient handover of business solutions to the operations team.
  • Coordination between internal and external development teams.
  • Liaising with users on business software issues and refer critical issues to head of CSS.
  • Ensuring third parties comply with business rules and best practices during development and deployment of solutions.
  • Ensuring requirements for business entities are clearly captured and agreed upon before development begins.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all business requests, solutions, and their respective codes future use.
  • Defining time, costs and quality constraints and guide the development team and or third parties to ensure integrity of the solution within these constraints.
  • Integrations and change management on the CSS side.
  • Understanding the business's support processes to ensure the most beneficial solution is implemented.
  • Ensuring fact-based compliance of business requirements, reporting on business project status, completion and success based on defined business KPIs and SLAs.
Required Qualification and Experience
  • A University Degree in any fields related to CS, CEng, or Mathematics.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in implementing similar solutions
  • Good project management background.
  • Expert level in UML (Unified Modeling Language).
  • Strong experience in Business Processes within Telecoms.
  • Expert level in APIs and Integration.
