Head of Internal Audit at Lennap and Company Ltd

• The Head of Internal Audit will provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control systems across all hotel operations
• This strategic role reports directly to the Board of Directors of the Hotel and plays a critical part in safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance and strengthening operational efficiency

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based internal audit strategy
• Lead and manage the internal audit function across all departments
• Evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, operational procedures, and compliance systems
• Oversee audits of revenue management, procurement, inventory, payroll and asset management
• Identify financial, operational and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, corporate policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare and present audit findings and strategic recommendations to the Board
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certification required (CIA, ICA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive audit experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel sector strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
