Job Vacancy For Client Relationship Officer – FemaleA leading and highly reputable Insurance Company requires the services of Client Relations Officer to help expand the business by actively managing new clients and maintaining the existing ones.Key responsibilities

Build relationships with keyclients
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Qualification Required & ExperienceThe ideal Candidate must:

Degree Holder from any recognized institution in Ghana.
Experience in Banking & Insurance an Advantage
