Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.Today, with a turnover of around 1,4 billion euros and a team of around 3,600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.Purpose of Role:Responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and adhering to safety and quality standards.Results / Accountabilities1. Operate and monitor processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
3. Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
5. Comply with all safety, health, and environmental rules
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
7. Record and report production data and any equipment malfunctions.
8. Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Assist in training new operators and technicians.
11. Participate in preventive maintenance and stock counts.
12. Control and report raw material usage and machine output.
13. Monitor critical control points (CCP 1 and CCP 2).
14.
