Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA reputable rural bank in the Ashanti Regions is requiring the services of qualified persons for the following job position: Credit and Microfinance AssistantsFeatured job opportunitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Credit returns and portfolio analysis for management information
  • Mobilize and animate groups to be granted loan facilities
  • Disbursement of loans from customers
  • Prepare data for submission to credit bureaus
Qualification Required & Experience
  • HND or First Degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position
Competencies and skills
  • Strong communication and people skills including presentation skills
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office suite
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Good team player
