Job Vacancy For Contract Supervisor

• Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning staff in their duties to ensure delivery of standards service on a daily basis
• Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs
• Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning and the operation of equipment
• Liaise with Property/Estate Department
• Ensure cleaning staff understand and follow security procedures

• Applicants must possess a minimum of Secondary(SHS) certificate or its equivalent in years of working experience at least 4 years in a similar position
• Training in relevant areas of work health and safety would be advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
• Must possess the ability to design work to utilize the right quantity of materials and tools as well as labour force
• Must be a friendly, organized, committed and dedicated to duty
• Must possess conflict/dispute resolution skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Must be a great team player
