Northern Regional Manager at A reputable Company

• Policy Formulation: The Regional Manager is to initiate policies and strategies based on analysis of the regional environmental conditions and advise the Regional executives on appropriate action and programmes
• Develop effective programmes for promoting the growth and development of small and medium industries / enterprises in the region
• Planning – Preparation of regional work plans for approval by the regional executives and submitted to the Directorate for co-ordination
• Contribution to the preparation of the organization’s annual work plan including submitting of regional plan proposals
• Initiate and implement strategies for membership growth in the regions and active involvement of members in the activities of the regional branch
• Submission of quarterly reports, approved by the regional executives, to the CEO
• Gather and collate information on the implement of private sector development policies and sector growth trends in the region
• Manage and execute advocacy and lobbying events directed at the regional and district authorities
• Advise the Regional Chairman and executive committee on appropriate strategies and policies to strengthen organization in the region
• Support elected leaders and members to initiate policies, programs and projects, which further the growth of industries in the region
• Support the elected leaders in their endeavours to improve the relations between organization and its various public partners to ensure continued growth of memberships
• Manage all office affairs and communication

• BSc/BA/MA in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Economics, Finance, engineering or any other relevant field
