- Execute regional sales strategies to deliver SME & SOHO revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Manage both direct sales teams and indirect channels (contractors, freelancers, and partner sales teams).
- Define and implement segmentation, key account prioritization, and tailored enterprise value propositions.
- Build scalable, cost?efficient routes to market across customer and geographic segments.
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption of new services.
- Provide disciplined oversight of sales pipeline activity, ensuring opportunity conversion and deal closure.
- Monitor receivables, collections, and bad debt to ensure sustainable financial performance.
- Lead team capability development through training, performance management, and incentive programs.
- Maintain influential relationships with C?level stakeholders to support enterprise solution deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Telecoms, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership within telecoms, ICT, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of SME market dynamics and customer segmentation.
- Experience in developing and executing go?to?market strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C?level executives.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
