- Be the first Point of contact to receive visitors on behalf of the company and direct them to their appropriate place.
- Educate customers and visitors on the company's product.
- Provides secretarial support to the office.
- Ensure safe keeping of confidential documents in the office.
- Keep accurate records of movement of files and correspondence of the office!
- Receive and keep records of visitors and stakeholders.
- Drafting and typing of routine and complex correspondence, reports etc of the Company.
- Tiding up the office.
- Monitors the attendance register.
- Any allied duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.
- A Diploma in Secretaryship and Management or any relevant discipline
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in a reputable organization
- Must pass a selection interview.
- The person must be smart and gloomy.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Business communication system
- Human and Public Relations skills
- Must be polite and courteous person.
- Knowledge in relevant IT application
- Office Management skills
- High integrity and good ethical standards.
- Ghc 500 + Ghc 200 (Working TNT, NOT allowance)
- Monthly sales-based Commission.
