Job DescriptionA reputable rural bank with branches in the Volta Region is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and innovative individual to fill the vacant position of: Credit / Group Loans OfficerMain Responsibilities

Facilitate group formation, potential customers and communities
Ensuring good loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and intensive recovery
Submission of monthly/weekly reports to management

Qualification Required & Experience

HND or First Degree in Accounting or Marketing or any related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related role
Honest, integrity and customer oriented
Ability to ride motorbike
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
