- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, website, SEO/SEM, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage content (text, image, video) for social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and digital engagement
- Manage the company website and ensure content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand messaging
- Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams to promote job vacancies and employer branding content
- Execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content)
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital platforms to keep content fresh and relevant
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation on digital platforms
- Support the organization of online webinars, job fairs, and virtual recruitment events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within a service-oriented or HR-related environment
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools
- Proven experience with content creation, copywriting, and social media management
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for people, branding, and storytelling in the HR space
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
