- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and filing
- Supervise and train office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and data entry clerks
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and financial reports
- Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma(HND)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
