IT Digital Transformation Officer - Prudential Life Insurance

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build visually appealing and responsive frontend applications.
• Develop and manage robust databases and applications.
• Write effective and secure APIs.
• Conduct software testing to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness in all applications.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to enhance software functionality.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience in developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common development stacks.
• Proficiency in frontend languages and libraries: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Proficiency in backend languages: PHP, Python, Ruby, TypeScript.
• Frameworks: Laravel, Rails, SpringBoot, Angular, React, Node.js (nice to have).
• Database experience: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (nice to have).
• Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and UI/UX design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Minimum of a First Degree in IT or Computer Science.

• 1–3 years in a similar role.
