The Graduate Take-Off Program is a 1-year paid internship offering recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a remote tech environment. It's designed to develop professional skills and could lead to a full-time role at InEvent.**Responsibilities**
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems
- Improve HR processes aligned with company strategies
- Draft and edit HR policies and perform administrative duties
- Collaborate with Marketing and Talent teams to manage social media pages
- Assist in creating social media recruiting campaigns
- Support branding strategies and employer brand awareness
- Contribute to onboarding, benefits, performance management, and more
- 6+ months of HR experience (employee relations/branding preferred)
- Experience using HRIS tools
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling information
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- Creative mindset for employer branding initiatives
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have:
