This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for both technology and business.   • Product Training & Familiarization: Learn and understand the features, use cases, and value propositions of our IT solutions.
  • Business Prospecting: Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, industries, and client segments.
  • Client Engagement: Support in reaching out to prospects, participating in client meetings, and assisting in demos and presentations.
  • Proposal Development: Help in preparing commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer pain points to support strategic positioning.
  • CRM & Pipeline Support: Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, sales progress, and engagement history.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to align customer needs with the right solutions.
  • Training & Development: Actively participate in structured training sessions focused on both technical knowledge and business development skills.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technical Interest: Strong interest in IT and a willingness to learn and understand new technologies.
  • Commercial Mindset: Desire to build a career in business development, sales, or customer engagement within the tech space.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivation: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and keep accurate records of all activities.
Preferred Skills:
  • An internship or prior experience in an IT, sales, or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or client relationship systems.
  • A basic understanding of software or IT services is an added advantage.
