Job DescriptionIt is announced for the information of suitable candidates that some vacancies exist in the under-listed positions in the University. Applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified STAFF for appointment to the positions of Assistant Quantity Surveyors/Assistant Architects/Assistant Engineers/Junior Assistant Estate Officers in the University.Qualification Required & Experience
  • A postgraduate degree in Architecture/Construction Technology and Management, Civil Engineering, Land Economy or equivalent qualification;
  • Must be a certified Member of a relevant Professional Body; and
  • Must have served at least as Principal Clerk of Works, Principal Estate Assistant or its equivalent in the Development Office or Estate Organisation for not less than five (5) years

  • All applicants shall be examined and scored on relevant issues within their respective Departments/Offices or the University as a whole;
  • All applicants shall be screened and scored by a panel of their respective Departments or Offices following the written examination; and,
  • A report on the outcome of (1) and (2) must accompany the applications of suitable shortlisted candidates to the AAPC for consideration.
