Job Vacancy For Head of Micro-Credit

• Oversee the activities of the Micro Credit Department
• Prepare Micro Credit Returns for management attention (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually)
• Report to the credit committee of the board through the chief executive officer
• Knowledge of IFRS and Bank of Ghana Prudential returns with respect to credit
• Knowledge of group formation, group dynamics and group management
• Spearhead and supervise micro credit loan recovery and monitoring teams of the bank
• Adhere strictly to the micro credit policies of the bank and ensure the objective appraisal of Micro credit applications
• Ensure the submission of information on credit transactions to management
• Maintain records of all micro credit facilities and ensure all micro credit procedures comply with law and regulation

• Master's Degree in Accounting / Banking & Finance/Marketing / Management and other relevant disciplines from a recognised university
• Professional qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
• High level of professionalism and impeccable record of integrity and strong leadership and team building skills
• These are key management positions and require minimum of 8 years banking experience in similar role
• Strong computer literacy skills and in-depth knowledge in the use of T24 Banking software
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
