- Technical / Project Work (CETECH Ghana)
- Supervise and perform electrical installations (residential, commercial, and industrial)
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, conduct system inspections, and implement repairs
- Install and maintain control systems (PLCs, sensors, automation panels)
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics (CAD experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with Ghana Electrical Code and international standards
- Mentor junior technicians on project sites

- Electrical Drafting & Design (AutoCAD)
- Control Systems & PLCs
- Safety & Compliance
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments
- Train students on real tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Support curriculum development and TVET compliance
- TVET Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on electrical experience, including residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- At least 1-2 years of teaching, training, or mentorship in a formal or informal setting
- Familiarity with Ghanaian Electrical Code and safety regulations
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, installation, and control systems (PLCs)
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and electrical diagrams
- Experience with AutoCAD, PLC programming, or electrical drafting
- Prior work in a TVET institution or technical training environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students with a practical, hands-on teaching style
- Skilled on-site and in the classroom
