The Sales Executive is the primary revenue driver for Pep Landbank, responsible for selling the full portfolio - land,
investments, developments, and trust-backed real estate solutions. You operate with autonomy within a structured
system and are expected to generate, manage, and close your own pipeline.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads from company-generated and self-sourced pipelines.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and investor briefings for prospective buyers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through executed sale agreement and handover.
- Maintain and update the CRM daily with accurate pipeline data, call logs, and deal stages.
- Build and nurture a personal network of referral agents, diaspora communities, and repeat investors.
- Collaborate with Sales Administrator for smooth transaction processing and client onboarding.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as agreed with the Head of Sales.
- Represent Pep Landbank at open days, expos, community events, and corporate activations.
- Provide market intelligence on buyer sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging demand signals.
- Serviced and unserviced land plots, off-plan residential and mixed-use developments, investment packages (individual, institutional, diaspora), and any new products launched as the portfolio grows.
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field - discipline matters less than drive.
- 2-5yearsin sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or high-value consumer goods with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Twi or other local languages is a strong advantage.
- Existing network in real estate, diaspora communities, or the investment space is a plus.
- Digital savvy - comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and data dashboards.
