- The knowledge Management Expert will be in charge of handling all activities related to the sharing and storing of knowledge
- Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output
- Implementing initiatives and lead efforts for project evaluations, analysis and learning
- Collecting, structuring and digitally storing of information, such as customer satisfaction
- Developing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys as well as developing and maintaining low Income Urban Communities (LIUC) service databases
- Efficiently liaising with staff and providing them the necessary guidance and support so that the team data collection and reporting efforts reap positive results
- Oversee capacity building and support for internal knowledge acquisition, management and sharing: ensure relevant communities of practice are developed and strengthened
- Translating gathered and available knowledge into materials (impacts stories, factsheets, briefing notes, documentaries, etc) for dissemination to key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, in collaboration with relevant departments of GWCL to implement M&E of service delivery
- Create ways to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years post-qualification working experience and sound knowledge of the "donor sector"
