Job Vacancy For Creative Director

• The CD will be responsible for the overall content creative product, overseeing the end-to-end process from insights to post-production

• IDEATION, CREATIVE, DESIGN - Lead the Content ideation process from concept to storyboard and scripting
• INSIGHTS DEVELOPMENT - Lead the content team to generate insights to productize and deliver our insights Development process across all projects
• ACTIVATION - Guide the team & our partners to ensure creative vision & strategy is executed in production and final asset delivery
• ANALYSIS - Establish test and learn frameworks for every piece of content we create and partner with media teams to align by project / campaign on content KPIs and analysis
• NEW BUSINESS - Support head of agency content in identifying new clients, business models, partnerships and/or other revenue driving opportunities

• Extensive experience in Creative, Content, Advertising industries, developing creative concepts and solutions across a wide variety of formats and platforms
• Experience working in Ghana and exposure within the SSA advertising space
• Operationally excellent, ensuring agency content products are on brief, on brand and commercially sound
