- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Build Micasso into Ghana's top luxury tile brand and strengthen showroom brand presence.
- Develop artisan (masons/tilers) and designer networks, including rebate programs, training, certification projects, and industry summits.
- Coordinate showroom events, new product launches, and retail promotions to increase customer footfall and sales.
- Plan and oversee large-scale marketing events, ensuring full-cycle management (planning, execution, evaluation).
- Support distributor showroom construction and branding initiatives to strengthen channel visibility.
- Provide training and coaching to distributor shop sales personnel to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and distributor support.
- Lead showroom social media presence, content creation, and targeted campaigns to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor distributor activities, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, providing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team while providing continuous capacity-building opportunities.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in both marketing and sales, with experience supporting distributor networks.
- Proven track record in launching and building high-end brands, with strong retail/showroom marketing expertise.
- Experience in luxury retail, FMCG, or building materials preferred.
- Demonstrated success in event management, channel development, training programs, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (e.g., social media backends, advertising platforms).
- Ability to analyze data, monitor campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Basic copywriting and creative direction skills, able to guide production of high-quality promotional materials.
