Job DescriptionApplications are being invited from eligible candidates for the following position in a reputable Public Service Institution: Assistant Legal OfficerJob Purpose
  • To provide operational support for the effective management of all legal matters of the institution
Key Responsibilities
  • Collects data for the preparation and review of legal documents
  • Conducts research on legal matters
  • Collects for the preparation of the annual budget of the Unit
  • Assists in drafting legal documents and court processes
  • Represents the organization in court and other bodies
  • Facilities the provision of dispute resolutions
Qualification Required & Experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in law or any related field
  • Must have been called to the Ghana Bar (Barrister-at-Law) with a minimum of 3 years post call experience
  • Must have completed pupillae
  • Must be in good standing
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview
