Implement and maintain procedures and systems at all manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Execute quality strategies at regional level aligned with corporate goals.
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
Collaborate with site quality managers to identify and implement best practices and process optimizations.
Collaborate with internal audit teams and ensure timely closure of identified corrective actions.
Ensure the development and training of quality personnel within the region.
Collaborate with regional operations, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into all processes.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction data.
Implement action plans to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
Stay informed about changes in regional regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on regional quality performance to senior management.
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements:Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a regional role.
Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (preferred).
Language: Fluent in English and minimum good command of French
Travels expected regionally (at least 20%).
Ability to work flexible hours
