- Development and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Knowledge in managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers, partners and other stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals
- A good first Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Sociology or Communication from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Banking environment at a managerial level
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and people skills including presentation skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
- Excellent administrative and supervision skills
- Good team player
