Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Quarry Manager to oversee and manage our quarrying operations. As a Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating production processes, ensuring product quality, safety and efficiency. This position requires excellent management skills and deep understanding of the quarrying industryResponsibilities

Manage the quarry production processes to ensure high-quality quarry products are produced as per the plan
Lead, train and guide the production team to ensure teamwork and high efficiency
Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure safe and proper functioning of equipment
Manage inventory and procure raw materials to meet production requirements
Develop and execute production plans to ensure projects are completed on time
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations
Collaborate with senior management and other departments and report on work progress

Qualification Required & Experience

Relevant experience in the quarrying industry, with a preference for candidates with quarry management experience
Relevant qualifications or certificates in the field
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with quarrying equipment and production processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in using office office software (e.g MS Office)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
