• Plan, organize, and supervise bakery production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of baked goods while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage shift schedules and resolve staffing issues.
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve output.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Track production costs and support budget management.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.

• Two(2) to Three(3) years experience in bakery
