- Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events and digital marketing strategies
- Client consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial requirements
- Property showings: schedule and conduct property showings for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and condition for real estate transactions, including purchase offers, counteroffers and contract agreements
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values and competitive landscape to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- A University degree in real estate, marketing, business administration or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of experience as a real estate salesperson
