Job Vacancy For Officer, Research Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation

• To provide operational support in research for the achievement of the mandate of the organization

• Undertake the collation of data for analysis
• Supervise research data entry activities
• Undertake fieldwork activities on research
• Facilitate the dissemination of research reports
• Undertake the preparation of draft data collection instruments
• Collects data for the development of performance indicators for monitoring
• Supervises the collection of data for the preparation of strategic, medium term and annual plans of the organization
• Undertakes fieldwork activities on monitoring
• Collates data for preparation of draft monitoring and evaluation reports
• Facilitates the dissemination of monitoring and evaluation reports
• Supervise the collection of data for the preparation of guidelines, procedures and processes in the implementation of programmes and activities of the unit
• undertake accurate updates of the database on the programmes and activities of the unit
• Supervise data entry on the programmes and activities of the unit
• Supervise the collection of data for the preparation of the annual work plans of the unit
• Collect data for the preparation of the budget of the unit

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or any related field from an accredited tertiary institution
• A minimum of 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience in a reputable institution
• Must pass a competitive selection interview

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills
• Good knowledge in education sector and related fields
• Good knowledge in relevant IT applications

• Certificates from bachelor's degree upwards
• Curriculum vitae (CV) with contact information of three referees
