Drive the development and implementation of digital banking products and services
Enhance customer experience through innovative digital solutions and platforms
Collaborate with product development teams to launch new digital initiatives
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve digital offerings

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering
Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage
Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity and cloud computing
